Hi, Am I am eligible for a S.178 application due to lack of income, age and my health? Since I filed for bankruptcy in 2004 – discharged 2005 – I contacted my original trustee to see if they did this. The representative didn’t seem interested, or knowledgeable, and told me I should get person who does my taxes to do it…I find this unlikely. What would you recommend?
